As with all of our online, e-mail and print publications, this Web site was created for the exclusive use of our customers for research and buying purposes. No publication may be duplicated, redistributed or modified in whole or part without prior written authorization from The Beer Store.
Orders placed and credit approved by 4:00 p.m, Monday - Friday for items in Stock will ship the same day as ordered (see shipping methods).
Orders placed and credit approved anytime Saturday or Sunday for items in Stock will ship on the following Monday.
These cutoff times are a guideline, and are subject to possible change or modification due to prevailing circumstances. This information does not constitute a guarantee.
We do not accept order via Telephone. All orders must be placed online.
*All orders require a signature upon delivery, and must be signed for by someone over the age of 18.
Courier Delivery
We ship exclusively via PBT. Freight charges for your order are automatically calculated as you add items to your shopping cart. Some items may take longer to reach you if you live in a rural area. We will email you tracking information for your order when it is despatched from us.
South Island Orders.
South Island Orders are shipped via 48Hr Courier. Deliveries will take two - three working days.
Insurance
All orders shipped are insured at no additional charge.
International orders
We accept orders from outside of New Zealand for delivery to New Zealand addresses.
Orders shipping to addresses outside New Zealand will NOT be shipped.
Credit cards
The Beer Store accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. We do not charge your credit card for an item until it is shipped. All credit card orders are subject to credit verification and approval. For your protection, credit card orders shipped to an address other than your billing address may require additional verification.
Gift Vouchers
Orders may also be paid for by Gift Voucher. Once you have added product to your shopping cart, Click on the 'Redeem Voucher' button, prior to completing the check out process.
Other payment methods
We do not accept payment via any other method.
Pricing
Prices, promotions and product availability are subject to change without notice. We do our best to provide the most accurate, up-to-date information, but errors do occur, and we reserve the right to make changes without notice. If you have ordered a product that is subject to a price increase, we will hold your order and inform you of the increase.
Availability
If a product is not in stock when you place your order, we will do our best to let you know. We will also provide you are best estimate of when the product will be available. Anticipated delivery dates are dependent upon our suppliers and other factors beyond our control, and are subject to change. The availability information presented on our Web site and provided by our account managers is the best, most up-to-date information we have, but errors do occur, and this information does not represent a guarantee or promise of availability.

Changes and errors
We do our best to achieve 100% accuracy, but occasionally mistakes do occur. Pricing, product availability and offers subject to change without prior notification. We reserve the right to make changes without notice due to market conditions, manufacturer or supplier product discontinuation, or typographical, photographic or technical errors in online or print advertising. NOTE: Products and packaging depicted may differ from stock available at time of shipment; we reserve the right to substitute equivalent items.

Our Guarantee
We are committed to keeping our product and services range new, inspiring and innovative. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products or services then please email us, outlining clearly the nature of your complaint or dissatisfaction. Any complaints will be handled quickly and efficiently and all information exchanged will be confidential. We guarantee to respond to complaints within five working days and to keep the customer informed about progress of any complaint at regular intervals.
General policy
We pride ourselves on our personal levels of service. If you are not delighted with your purchase then please return the items to us within 14 days of receipt in its original condition and packaging and we will refund you the value less the delivery costs. Please note that the postage and cost of returns is the responsibility of the customer or purchaser. Please email us prior to sending any back so we can issue a returns number.
All Returns must be sent back via Trackable Courier Only.
Breakages
Unfortunately breakages occasionally happen in transit, in this instance please let us know immediately and we will refund in full your broken items. Refunds will be in the form of a gift voucher to the value of the broken product, and a proportion of the freight costs.

Terms, conditions and policies subject to change without notice. The Beer Store is not responsible for late or delayed shipments or system failures. The Beer Store retains title to items purchased until said items are paid for by the purchaser and at that time the title passes to purchaser. The terms of our agreements with some vendors represented in our online and print advertisements forbid us from exporting their products. All trademarks and registered trademarks are used to benefit and without intent to infringe on the holder of the mark. The Beer Store, The Beer Store logo and all other distinctive logos, marks and graphic elements are trademarks of Totally Mac Limited and are subject to applicable trademark protections.
The Beer Store are not responsible under any legal theory for direct, special, incidental or consequential damages because of (i) delay in delivery, (ii) availability of products, (iii) personal injury arising from products purchased from us or (iv) failure of performance of any product purchased from us.
